Join us for the 20th Anniversary of the MA in Children’s Literature program at UBC iSchool!

In order to honour this achievement, we are hosting a reception where alumni, faculty, staff, and those working in Children’s Literature in various aspects throughout Canada can celebrate together. Attendees will also have the privilege of hearing from professor emerita Judith Saltman, the heart and soul of the program from its creation, under the direction of Ken Haycock. In addition, there will be two featured keynotes from notable author Kenneth Oppel, a Governor General’s Award winner, and Leonard Marcus, a world-renowned children’s book historian, author, and critic.

RSVP now to join us in recognizing the achievements of alumni, faculty, and the vibrant children’s literature community that has grown and developed through the efforts of those in the MACL program.
